The instructions have been composed by Asunto-, toimitila- ja rakennuttajaliitto RAKLI ry, Isännöintiliitto, Suomen Kiinteistöliitto ry, Suomen Kiinteistönvälittäjäliitto ry, Suomen Vuokranantajat ry, ja Vuokralaiset VKL ry.
